Buttercups Nursery ranks in the Top 20 Nurseries in Wales. Founded by husband and wife team, Gavin and Diane McCarthy, the aim is to provide a homely, loving and nurturing environment. Gavin is a qualified and experienced Primary School Teacher and is present in the Nursery from Monday to Friday where he is actively involved in all aspects of the Nursery operation. He is supported by Emma Roberts, Nursery Manager. Emma is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Early Years and NVQ Level 4 Early Years management. Emma has over 10 years of childcare experience.

Buttercups Nursery is registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to care for 54 children. We care for children from the age of four months up to starting school.
The Nursery is open 51 weeks a year.
We open at 7.45am and close at 5.45pm from Monday to Friday.
