Salmon, Broccoli and Cauliflower fish sauce with mashed potato and served with sweetcorn.


4 pints of white sauce
1 cauliflower
1 or 2 broccoli
3 packs of salmon
1 bag sweetcorn
2 bags potatoes


  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Chop and cook the cauliflower and broccoli, drain, chop and place in bowl and cover until needed.
  3. Chop up Salmon into bite sized pieces, place in bowl and cover until needed.
  4. Make up white sauce, when cooked add the salmon, cauliflower and broccoli. Keep on low heat.
  5. Make mash
  6. Put sweetcorn on to cook, drain and cover until needed.
