Chicken & Mushroom Carbonara

Ingredients

4 pint of white sauce- see recipe
2 ½ bags pasta
Chicken breasts cooked and cut into small bite sized pieces
1 tub mushrooms
2 broccoli
1 ½ sweetcorn
leeks

   Method

  1. Cook and chop broccoli, cover and put aside till needed
  2. Chop mushrooms in food processor and put aside until needed.
  3. Made 4 pint white sauce, when cooked add the mushrooms, broccoli and chicken, heat on a low heat.
  4. Cook pasta, when cooked drain and place in the white sauce.
  5. Cook sweetcorn, drain and keep in pan with lid on to keep warm
