Spaghetti Bolognaise


2 pack mince
6 onions, grated
7 peppers
1 tub mushrooms, grated
8 carrots grated
4 courgettes
6 tins chopped tomatoes
A good squeeze tomato puree.
Good squeeze garlic
Mixed herbs


  1. Fry off mince and season with pepper, garlic and mixed herbs.
  2. Add the onions, peppers mushrooms, carrots, courgettes and fry gently.
  3. Then add the tinned tomatoes.
  4. Simmer on a low heat for as long as possible so that all the flavours come together.
  5. Cook in separate pan 3 ½ packs of long spaghetti
